Development of axenic cultures from UCC Targeted gene knock-out in axenic cultures Phenotypic testing of growth properties of axenic cultures Cross-feeding assays to test metabolic co-dependencies RT-PCR analysis to test regulon predictions development of cultures for testing chemical probes and new metabolomics capabilities and analysis of results of probe assays
